Introducing the Single Cellome Unit SU10 automated nano-point delivery/automated nano-point sampling. SU10 is a product that can deliver reagents directly to the cytoplasm and nucleus at the one-cell level. The use of glass capillaries (nano-pipettes) with a minimum tip outer diameter of several tens of nanometers makes it possible to inject cells with reduced damage. In addition, by automating the operations of cell surface detection, puncture, and injection, high-efficiency delivery is achieved. Utilizing these advantages, we have a proven track record of delivering to cells that have been difficult to introduce, such as primary cultured cells, plant cultured cells with cell walls, and plant tissues. SU10 supports a wide range of injection materials and has a track record of delivering reagents with low cell membrane permeability (CRISPR/Cas9 RNP, proteins, etc.).
